1. 3 Days Return Policy
We offer a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 3 days of receiving the product.
- The item must be unused and in original condition.
- Original packaging, invoice, and tags must be intact.
- Products showing signs of damage or usage will not be eligible.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@alokajewels.com within 3 days of delivery.
Mention your Order ID, product details, and reason for return.
3. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Online Payment Orders
If your order was paid online, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders, customers must send their bank account details via email to support@alokajewels.com.
Refund will be transferred to the provided bank account within 5–7 business days after approval.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized jewellery
- Items purchased during special sale or clearance
- Products damaged due to misuse
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
